I wrote last month that the water filters for which the girls and I campaigned last year and this year had arrived in Cambodia. Part of that was true. They did arrive in Cambodia. However, they did not get delivered to the village near Battambang in mid-July as planned.
Praise God. He is never late!
God arranged for Ben (who was delivering the water filters from Colorado) to by chance run into Bona (who is from the village near Battambang where the filters were to be delivered) at a conference in an entirely different province in Cambodia. Only God can do this! So Bona was able to deliver the filters himself to his home village instead of relying on someone else to do it for him. Hallelujah! What a divine blessing this was.
Eleven families (and probably more because these families will share with others) now have access to clean water. I want to give a big thumbs up to Jaynee and Justine and their friend Paige who spent two days shelling pecans to raise money for these filters.
