Bible studies for writers

Bible studies for writers | Psalm 105

I read this psalm like a children’s story. How about you? It’s basically a summary of a great number of events that highlights God’s presence among His chosen people, the Israelites. It’s really nice, and the whole time I was reading it, all I could think about was using it as a children’s story to help tell the stories of Joseph and Moses. Brilliant!

Sum it up:

Sing praises to the Lord,
For He has has shown us His faithfulness.

Take Joseph, for example.
God sent him to Egypt a slave
And brought him out of Egypt a great leader!

And as for Moses,
We can’t count God’s miraculous deeds.
He anointed two brothers
And led a whole nation from oppression.
He never left them
And even led them
To lands they call their own today.
