Bible studies for writers

Bible studies for writers | Psalm 115

What a sweet psalm. I love the ending in particular. It makes for a beautiful prayer on its own. Why don’t we pray it over someone today.

Sum it up:

We don’t get to claim any glory
For any victories, Lord.
And we don’t have to explain You
To anyone who does not want to hear.
Though, we should.
And we should look to our ancestors for faith.
For God blesses those who believe He is for real.

May He also bless your children,
May you who live on Earth feel His blessings from above.
May you know He is reigning on high
And that He should be praised for this.

Writing prompt: prayer

Using the last verse as your example, write a prayer over someone today.
