Bible studies for writers | Psalm 118

If you’ve ever been to church camp in the U.S., you’ve heard a lot of the lines from this psalm worked into modern-day worship songs. How many can you find?

Sum it up:

We thank God that His love never ends.
He has answered me in the most stressful times
When those around me were useless.
I have been hated for trusting Him,
But I don’t care.
Others should take note of my peace.
Others will take note of my blessings,
For the Lord has protected me
From things I cannot even see.

Let me enter your Kingdom,
So I can thank You in person,
So I can be ever confident in your eternal promise.

Writing prompt: praise Him
