Bible studies for writers | Psalm 125

Contentment in the Lord means being content in your heart even when your mind might be racing a thousand different ways, and this psalm just spoke to me about that for some reason. Maybe it’s because I’m feeling somewhat content today. I didn’t say in control or not hysterical, either. I said content. Some days that’s just how I roll. I sort of consider it my “Everything is going to happen the way it happens Solomon attitude.” In Thai you might call it “sabai sabai” or “chill chill.” No matter how you say it, I’m ok with feeling like it.

Sum it up:

Those who trust that God will handle things
Can relax.
It will all work out.

Writing prompt: contentment

Describe your version of contentment in the Lord.
